Description: As the product owner for one of Embarcadero’s emerging solutions, you will have an opportunity to change the way software is delivered. As Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for growing a business within a business. You will manage a roadmap that prioritizes the needs of existing and future customers, and considers the state of the market as well as the competition. You will identify market opportunities, and evangelize solution messages that speak to those opportunities. You will work very closely with customers before and after sales, and will be looked upon as a subject-matter expert: by the organization, by customers, and by the world at large. You will track the product’s financial performance across global and vertical markets, and identify ways to grow market share by understanding the target audience, their needs, and the product’s current strengths.
Expect to work closely with nearly every part of the organization, from Engineering and Sales to Support, Marketing, and Product Marketing. Together with Product Marketing, you will develop key product messaging and customer-facing content as well as sales enablement materials, and recommend adjustments to marketing and sales strategies as needed. You will generate content through various types of media, such as bylines, blogs, webinars, white papers, and events, to evangelize ToolCloud and other Embarcadero solutions.

| Ecommerce Operations Specialist

Embarcadero Technologies, Inc. seeks an Ecommerce Operations Specialist to assist in the management and maintenance of its corporate online stores.
As an Ecommerce Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for publishing content, product and catalog management, design and layout, merchandising, and globalization. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations and play an essential role in driving a high volume of traffic and sales into the sites. The Ecommerce Operations Specialist is an individual contributor and reports to the Director of Worldwide Ecommerce.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and maintaining product catalogs and setups (pricing, product structure, SKUs, descriptions, serial keys, download files, and images) on the shop site.
- Work closely with Product Marketing and Management, Marketing, Sales, and Operations through the entire lifecycle of online products (add new products, change/modify, and retire).
- Work with Sales and Marketing to setup promotions, banner ads, bundles, coupons, e-mail campaigns, and special offers that drive traffic and sales.
- Provide reports and analysis on relevant sales, conversion, and site traffic activity periodically.
- Assist with customer issues (e.g. order fulfillment, refunds, incomplete orders) and coordinate resolution.
- Work with Ecommerce partner on special projects to design, deploy, and enhance new online stores, setup new functions/features, improve navigation, improve search engine optimization, enhance customer experience, and streamline operations.
Experience Required
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a technology driven product and/or services environment.
- Must have a strong web background. Experience working with an Ecommerce platform preferred.
- Knowledge of web standards, best practices, and web technologies from a visitor and technical perspective.
- HTML skills with working knowledge of CSS and CSS layouts required. JavaScript coding and experience with any JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, Prototype, etc.) a plus.
- Experience with server side language a plus.
- Working knowledge of basic image editing and optimization. Experience with Adobe Photoshop or equivalent a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Must be a team player able to effectively interact with people at all levels inside and outside the Company.
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytic background and the ability to constantly monitor and measure operations and refine approaches accordingly. Experience launching a product a plus.

- Provide system administration, support, and enhancement of the entire SFDC environment including data management (cleanliness, maintenance, field appends, de-duping, and data integrity).
- Assist in global implementation with IT team and implementation consultants including configuration, customization, data migration, and report/dashboard development.
- Maintain, enhance, and create workflows and configurations.
- Assist in developing campaign creation and measurements including list pulls/cleaning/uploads, template development, development and tracking of transponders, and creation of reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Provide for cleanup and import of all campaign lists and databases as they develop (i.e. webinar registrants/attendees).
- Monitor the database to ensure all new and existing leads, contacts, and assets flow properly into SFDC from integration sources.
Work with Operations team to ensure product, sales, and support processes are current in the system.
- Ongoing custom reporting and dashboard development.
- Provide day-to-day support for end-user technical requests and ongoing training.
- Business analysis, requirements gathering, and new feature development.
- Proactively identify, develop, and implement solutions, enhancements, and system integrations that meet business requirements.
- Work with IT Operations team to respond to emerging initiatives.
